The EFQM Excellence Model was introduced by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and is a global tool for assessing how effectively you are developing and implementing a strategy focused on stakeholders.

Why EFQM Excellence Model?

The 2015 version of the ISO 9001 standard already highlights factors that may affect the organization’s activities and stakeholders.

But, unlike the ISO 9001: 2015 international standard, the EFQM Excellence Model focuses on all elements of the management system, such as security, or social responsibility, or other elements through which an organization can achieve sustainable advantage and excellence.
