Wine is made from the bio grape "kakhuri mtsvane" from village Alaverdi, Kakheti Region.
Wine is made according to Kakhetian traditional technology, fermented and long macereted on skin and stem contact for 6 months and aged for 5 months in Qvevri. Wine was matured on 14-16° celsius temperature and is Unfined and Unfiltred, Dry Amber. alk 14% vol. 750 ml.
