TSOLIKOURI
White dry wine “Tsolikouri” is made from the Tsolikouri grapes cultivated in the village: ”Nigazeuli” above the sea level of 850 metres, in high mountains of Shuakhevi, Georgia. The wine has a fresh, delicate taste with aroma of green apple and spruce. The entire wine making process was done by Georgian traditional method within the ”Qvevri”, in the large lemon-shaped terracotta pot that is buried in the ground. No chemical additives were used, natural sediments can appear.
