BOKACELLO NOCINO GEORGINO (no-cheeno) is a nutty sweet and cheatingly strong (45% alc.) liqueur made from unripe green Georgian walnuts, sugar, spices and pure grain spirit. Released once a year in a limited supply. Inky oily black color looks like a motor oil. Has sticky sweet richness. The flavour is nutty, enriched with iodine, cinnamon, clove and vanilla notes, and a light citrus aftertaste. Best, when served at room temperature and sipped straight. When used in cocktails, is a revelation.
Production period: maturated in late June, can be bottled as early as in December.
Alcohol strength: 45% alc.
Taste: complex nutty and spicy, with iodine freshness and vanilla sweetness, syrupy consistency
Flavour: candied citrus peels, earthy spices
Colour: Murky brown, almost inky black
Finish: nutty aftertaste with subtle spice and orange peel undertones

NO artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Hand processed, hand bottled. Best, when frozen or cooled. Use in shots and cocktails, pour over desserts.
