The fermentation was performed by natural yeast, found on grape skins. After eight-day contact with crushed grapes and stems wine juice is separated and fermentation process continued in another Qvevri. After the long, up to 6 month of maceration, the wine was decanted and transferred gently into another Qvevri for ageing. The wine was bottled unfiltered. Origination of small noble sediment is possible.
The wine is characterized by its Dark garnet red color. The taste is harmonious, full-bodied and joyful.
