Saperavi grapes are harvested in Kakheti region. The grapes were gently selected by hand. The wine was produced in clay vessel Qvevri, using old Kakhetian traditions. Fermented with grape pomace for 55 days, that ensured its full body and rich fruity aroma. Produced by the use of natural yeast, without filtration and processing.
Shelf life: 15 year
