Khmeli-suneli adds a little spicy and refined taste to meat soups, broths and gravy. Also it’s great for fish dishes. Of course Khmeli-suneli is the most important component of such famous national Georgian dishes like Satsivi and Kharcho. Spicy blend is also used as a basis for adzhika (sauce).
