We currently produce five types of wine, four of which are amber in color; Kisi, Mtsvane, Khikhvi and Rkatsiteli and a red Saperavi. Our wines are intense in color, rich in tannins, characterized by aromas of spices, ripe fruit, forest berries, wildflowers and are distinguished by the variety of body vessels.
The winemaking is obviously in pure traditional Georgian style, and the typical kwevri clay containers stand in the cellar, which are then buried to start alcoholic fermentation, preceded by long maceration on the skins, which give the typical amber, intense and rich color, to the wine.
