Tiflistex is a socks manufacturer company, which is located in Tbilisi, Georgia and is the only factory in the country with high quality of standards.
The company was established in 2017 and started production already in march 2018.
Our mission is to create a comfortable, modern and quality socks. We believe that product made by Tiflistex will be associated with quality and style all over the world.
All our equipments is manufactured in italy. The factory is divided into three section: knitting, ironing and packaging.
1. Knitting section: 10 machine of 200 needles GK 615F LONATI; 20 machine of 200 needles GK 615H LONATI; 30 machine of 156 needles GK 616F LONATI.
2. Ironing section: Bording Machine GHIBLI HB by TECNOPEA.
3. Packaging section: Automatical Packaging Machine Tecnopack by TECNOPEA.
Factory have the capacity to produce minimum 3.5 million pairs a year.
We use only the highest quality thread: Cotton Penie, Micromodal by Lenzing, Merserize Gaze, Bamboo, Termolite, Coolmax, Wool, Cashmire.
Each pair of socks undergoes several stages of necessary control: size control, stretch control, washing control, pilling control.
There is Regular Climat Control by IMPIANTI (Italy) in factory.
We use different types of knitting technicues such as: full elastic, plain, terry, half-terry, G-flot, normal terry.
Tiflistex creates socks for everyone - men, women, teenagers, kids. We manufacture classical, sporting and also different design socks.
Tiflistex products are exported to different countries: Greece, Austria, Azerbaijan.
Tiflis Textile has a quality certificate of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX.
