"New Technology Center" is private company operating on Georgian market of energy-efficient, renewable energy and sustainable solutions for all kind of buildings and operations.
Drawing from advanced experience in the field of sustainable design, New Technology Center helps developers, architects and builders create more environmentally sensitive structures and settings while taking into account importance of architectural aesthetics, comfortable living and working environment and cost-efficiency of building project.
Company provides architectural design as well as engineering including MEP, supervision and project management services for all types of residential, commercial, public or industrial building projects.
For over more than a decade now company is actively involved in capacity building activities through providing training courses, lectures, preparation of guidelines and other educational tools for various organizations and specialists due to lack of expertise, knowledge and skills among young professionals, students and industry subcontractors in the field the company provides its services on the market. Considering that in 2014 Georgia signed the Association Agreement with EU, thus committing to reforms in energy and environment sectors, including the third package of the EU energy law there is already a significant lack of qualified workers for the market needs, especially regarding green skills, thus being the building sector one of the priority sectors where highly qualified staff will be required within the next years. In addition, thirteen self-governing cities and municipalities of Georgia have joined the EU initiative “Covenant of Mayors”, and are facing an urgent demand for local workforce and enterprises able to provide services for their Sustainable Energy Action Plans. NTC’s aim is to overcome barrier of lack of specialized workers among young people and enable involvement of youth in this promising challenge.
