NBC Group was launched in 2012. The founders of the company – Teona Jajanidze and Merab Kurtskhalia (architects), have many years of experience in architectural construction field. The company processes architectural (complete set of project documentation), exterior and interior design projects.
The aim of the company is to develop modern, high standard and competitive architectural projects. The company is constantly looking to apply modern approaches and use new construction and facing materials to create comfortable spaces and better environment.
NBC Group has been developing the Block of Apartments/Residential Complex and commercial real estates. Furthermore, the company is working on medical facilities (Medical Centres “Lancet” (200 beds) and Maternity Hospitals (80 beds) in Tbilisi, Hospital in Poti (75 beds), which is currently under construction), hotels in central and historical parts of Tbilisi, leisure complex in Bakuriani (104 ap), catering facilities in Tbilisi and Shekvetili (Black Sea coast), villas etc.
NBC Group has developed city planning project in several districts of Tbilisi, which is now being implemented. Currently, the company is also adding landscape design as a new business line to its activities.
In addition, the company team has solid experience in construction of residential buildings (Digomi), hotel Vere Palace (Second block), Medical Centre Lancet (with Helipad) etc.
