"Georgian Fish and Caviar" LLC enterprise and facilities are located in the village of Khutsubani, Georgia - on the Kintrishi River.
In 2016, the farm construction process was launched with the help of “Cheap Agro Credit” program provided by the Georgian government.
Today after almost a decade of intensive preparations, we have successfully built Euro-standard caviar harvesting and processing facilities, with our own breeding stock of sturgeon varieties.
This is a 400-ton farm of intensive water supply with fisheries of
Salmon, trout, and sturgeon. In total, the average volume of fish is around 200 tons.
We produce high-quality, natural, preservative-free, and additive-free sturgeon caviar and salmon roe.
Both red (trout and salmon) and black (sturgeon).
The total volume of caviar produced during 18-month production cycle is around
6 tons. Fish meat production is 100 tons on average.
