Khornabuji is mentioned in historical sources from V century (AC) as a city. Fortress located on the eastern border of Georgia. Khornabuji from ancient Iran means a column of the sun. Wine from this area loved by last king of Georgia George XII. Wine Fermentation based on old Georgian method of the wine making. It means ferment a wine with all volume of grape and juice together. We have our vineyard (1ha) in Khornabuji village. We do not use herbicides and fertilizers.
