Cooperative "Roots" is staffed with young motivated specialists who have experience of working together and who have jointly implemented a commercial project in recent years. We produce 100% natural fruit and vegetable product such as juce and chips. The cooperative also made wine (cider) from apple juice using traditional Kakhetian wine technology, which involves placing the juice in a pitcher with the pulp and fermenting it. It is delayed in the pitcher. And its casting and sale is scheduled for this year.
