Caucasus Organic Fruits Ltd. located in Georgia, bear its capital Tbilisi, is a German-Georgian joint venture established to make high-quality dried fruits and vegetables available to customers worldwide.
Since its start of operations in autumn 2017 the company processes in accordance with the highest international standards regarding quality and traceability (company is ISO certified by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH for its Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000). Permanent controls and complete origin-tracking system are part of the quality philosophy for both BIO-certified and conventional products. Thanks to the reliable sourcing partnerships with farmers & local cooperatives as well as the gentle processing using German technology, optimal results in product taste and appearance are achieved.
In 2018 the company started sourcing of NTFP products which will come into production during 2019.
In addition, the company offers on-demand product adaptations and development based on the availability of experienced food technologists, flexible sourcing arrangements and a well-equipped laboratory.
