HPS - Hand-Picked & Selected*
HPS bay leaves are sorted from the highest quality raw materials, calibrated 4-7cm, evenly dried, and subsequently packed in 10kg cartons.
SS - Hand-Picked & Semi-Selected (SS)*
SS bay leaves are sorted from high quality raw materials, evenly dried, and subsequently packed in 10kg cartons or pressed into 20-25kg polypropylene bags.
FAQ - Fair Average Quality*
FAQ bay leaves are sorted from medium quality raw materials, evenly dried and subsequently packed into 30-35kg jute or polypropylene bales.
*All of our bay leaf products have a shelf life up to 2 years but "best before" 6 months.
