Khodeli Winery is a Georgian producer of premium cider and wine, founded by entrepreneur Khatia Khodeli. The brand’s history began in 2001 with the planting of an apple orchard in Aghaiani, where family heritage was transformed into an authentic beverage.
In the "homeland of wine," crafting wine from apples was a bold experiment that laid the foundation for the brand’s flagship product: a premium cider. By combining natural and traditional Georgian methods with modern technology, local ripe red apples are transformed into a structured, golden-hued beverage. Through this innovative process, the fruit's vibrant energy acquires crisp acidity and elegant tannins.
Alongside its cider, Khodeli Winery remains dedicated to Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition, producing premium wines from indigenous Shida Kartli varieties: Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, Shavkapito, and Tavkveri. By blending traditional roots with modern winemaking, the winery offers the international market the authentic and distinctive taste of Georgian terroir.
