We are two young women from Georgia with a simple dream: to make the world fall in love with our food. We founded Georgia Selection to share the "semi-finished" secrets of the Georgian table—products that make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to enjoy a real Georgian feast.
2026 marks a major milestone for us as we sign our first major contract in London. While we are at the beginning of our journey and constantly seeking new knowledge and experience, our dedication to quality is unwavering.
