In 2017, at Lumier’s, we came up with the idea of introducing Chimney Cake (trdelník) to the Georgian public. To achieve this, we took a centuries-old dough recipe and adapted it to the ever-changing tastes of the modern world by adding new and unique ingredients. Today, we can confidently say that we create a beloved dessert that is equally popular across all seasons and enjoyed by people of all ages and preferences.
Lumier’s is the first chimney cake bakery in Georgia, and since our founding, we have maintained the highest standards of quality in both our service and products. Our chimney cakes stand out for their innovative flavors, and we constantly introduce new offerings to delight our customers.
