Founded in 2019, Doesi Estate is located in the historic village of Doesi, in the Kaspi municipality. The estate spans 10 hectares and includes eight different grape varieties. The winery places great emphasis on sustainability—modern technologies and traditional methods, including qvevri fermentation, are used in wine production to reflect the heritage of the region.
