Linen Bear LLC is a newly established Georgian manufacturing company, founded in 2024 and registered in Tbilisi (Identification Number: 402328664). The company specializes in the production of eco-friendly, safe, and aesthetically high-quality products for newborns and young children.
We have built a full-scale production facility from scratch, investing in the purchase of modern textile equipment, industrial sewing machines, and finishing tools. The production site is located in Tbilisi and is fully ready for operation.

Our main product lines include:
• Infant and baby clothing (0+ months): bodysuits, pajamas, swaddles, rompers.
• Textile toys and accessories: soft developmental toys, rattles, blankets.
• Bedding items: duvets, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, crib bumpers.
• Care textiles: towels, diapers, swaddling cloths, organizers.
All products are developed entirely in-house — from initial design and technical construction to sewing, packaging, and preparation for logistics. We use natural fabrics, safe dyes, and comply with product safety standards for infants.

We are proud to confirm that our products have already been certified in the European Union in accordance with relevant EU safety and quality standards for children’s textile goods. Currently, we are in the process of registering our brand in Georgia, and we also plan to proceed with international trademark registration under the Madrid System to support future export expansion and brand protection abroad. These steps are part of our long-term strategy to position Linen Bear as a trusted and recognized Georgian brand of premium children’s textile products in international markets.
At this stage, we have not yet received any formal awards or industry recognitions, as we are a newly established company and are just entering the market.
