GeoNatProduct started snail business in 2022. It turned out that climate and soil conditions in Gori municipality was suitable for snail breeding. We farm the so-called edible, garden snails (Helix aspersa Muller) species. The demand for this type of snail is increasing worldwide. We own agriculture land, cold storage and additional facilities for breeding, collecting, cleaning and chilling the product. Our snail farm meets food safety requirements. HACCP standard was introduced to the farm and we received recognition for export to the European market in 2024. The activities of GeoNatProduct was approved by Georgia National Food Safety Agency. Besides, we established Georgian Snail Farmers' Union (ID # 402303903) consisting of 7 farmers from different regions of Georgia in 2024. This consolidation would support us in reducing production and export costs.

The activities of GeoNatProduct was approved by Georgia National Food Safety Agency, the approval number of the business operator is GE 06.10.20.0.2242. The company is listed at the EU web page of exporters from the third countries.
