Enterprice SKIJI is located in Guria, in village Khidistavi of Chokatauri Municipality.
SKIJI is operating in authentic-looking 150-year-old wooden, traditional Gurian oda house, equipped with modern European machinery. Since 2023, production process in SKIJI has been implemented in accordance with HACCP principles .
SKIJI products are made from untreated, local fruit. Products are exceptionally tasty and healthy. Without sugar or other additives. The aim of enterprise is to encourage the use of organic local goods and introduce healthy, Georgian produce on the market.
