The history of our family winery dates back to the second half of the 18th century. The presence of our own vineyards in various micro-zones of the region allows us to produce about 30 items of still wines both according to classical technology and according to the old Georgian traditional method - wine in qvevri (qvevri-clay vessel for wine). This production technology is unique and is currently a trend around the world. The method of making wine in qvevri dates back to 8,000 years and is included in the UNESCO list of world intangible cultural heritage. Our range also includes sparkling wines, chacha and brandy.
Palavani successfully develops and exports wines to more than 10 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.
Our wines have high ratings from experts and ordinary consumers around the world, as confirmed by positive reviews and received awards at famous world exhibitions and international competitions.
