I am Levan Bejanishvili the founder of Cheese factory "Shuamta". The cheese factory “Shuamta” was founded in 2012 in Georgia, after which it actively produces up to 20 varieties of traditional Georgian cheese. In our company we have implemented a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. Also factory "Shuamta" is a member of Georgian Dairy Association and our product have the Georgian Milk Mark, which means that our product is made only from natural milk. Our company offers a wide selection of natural dairy products, which is available across the country in a number of chain stores.
In addition, our company also has tourist service, which means that here any visitor will be able to taste the mentioned products and see the making process. Also, we offer masterclasses, which means that they will have opportunity to participate in the producing of the desired product.
