Shumi winery was founded in 2001. It is situated in Tsinandali Village, region of Kakheti.
Title “Shumi” has an ancient origin: it means genuine, pure, undiluted wine. The company owns 300 hectares of vineyards and vineyard prospects in unique microzones of Georgia.
Wine Company Shumi was the first company in Georgia to establish a museum dedicated to viticulture and wine-making.
