We do not try to make wine - Usakhelauri vine will turn into an amazing wine. The talent for this was given to him by nature. We are just working hard to get a particularly good harvest. We make wine in a "peasant way": we pick it, we squeeze it, we try to ferment it, then we cool it as fast as in November before the frost in "Khorgo", and in the spring we pour it unfiltered in a bottle - and then it all turns into your emotion, which has no name.
