Sial paris will be held on 17-21 October, 2026.
SIAL Paris 2026 is hosted by the French capital once every two years. The event is one of the world’s largest exhibitions for food and beverage products, attracting approximately 285,000 professional visitors. Furthermore, the exhibition is distinguished both by its attendance and by its high rate of successful business networking; according to 2024 data, around 90% of exhibitors managed to conclude new export contracts.
SIAL Paris 2026 is organized by sectors, with each hall dedicated to a specific product category, ensuring a stronger flow of relevant sectoral visitors. Georgia will be represented at the exhibition with 3 pavilions.

When completing the application, it is essential for the applicant to specify their main export product in the sub-category field.
Estimated participation costs are as follows:
- IV Category company: € 1,350
- III Category company: € 2,700
- II Category company: € 4,050
- I Category company: € 5,400
In case companies have not yet participated (or last participation was more than 5 years ago) in international exhibitions with the support of Enterprise Georgia, the funding structure will be as follows:
- 3rd and 4th size-category companies will have their participation fee fully funded;
- 1st and 2nd size-category companies will benefit from a 50% reduction in participation costs.
