International Food and Beverage Exhibition
GULFOOD, the international exhibition of food and beverage products, stands as one of the largest and most significant events in this sector. Traditionally hosted in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this exhibition attracts an annual attendance of 100,000+ visitors and features 5,500 exhibitors. The event welcomes participation from nearly all types of product manufacturers, with the exception of alcoholic beverage companies.
In 2025, a total exhibition space of 195 square meters has been allocated for Georgia at GULFOOD. Of this allocation, 168 square meters will be situated within the country pavilion (WTC Arena), while the remaining 27 square meters will be designated for the beverage pavilion. In collaboration with Lepl Enterprise Georgia, 25 companies will participate in the exhibition, adhering to a selection process based on criteria developed and approved by the Agency, along with a co-financing mechanism.
Please note that when compiling the ranked list of winners, if the number of beverage manufacturers exceeds four, a lottery-based (random selection method) principle will be used to distribute the companies between the country (national - WTC Arena) and beverage product (Beverage) pavilions. Otherwise, representatives from the mentioned sector will automatically be placed in the beverage pavilion.
In the event that more than 25 companies from the food sector secure spots on the winning list, the lowest-scoring food companies will be replaced by the highest-scoring waitlisted beverage companies (if available) according to the ranked list.
The number of available participants in the country pavilion (WTC Arena) is limited to 22 companies, while the beverage pavilion (Za'abeel Hall 2) can accommodate up to 3 companies.
When completing the application, it is essential for the applicant to specify their main export product in the sub-category field.
For companies falling into the fourth category, the estimated participation cost ranges from $1350 to $1500 USD. For those in the third category, the expected participation cost is between $2700 and $3000 USD. Please note these values carefully.
