WWW.ALIBABA.COM - Participation Consent Form
The program for promoting the placement of Georgian companies on the world’s largest international B2B e-commerce platform (www.alibaba.com) is a new initiative of the Agency. It aims to stimulate exports and diversify export markets for Georgian businesses.
As part of the program, the Agency will fully cover the eligible costs associated with placing beneficiary companies on the Alibaba.com platform for a period of one year. The covered expenses include:

The membership fee (also referred to as the "Membership Fee");

The product promotion fee on the platform (also known as the "Advertisement Fee");

Additional services related to platform placement (referred to as “Value Added Services”).
Notably, program beneficiaries will exclusively receive the “Global Gold Supplier” status on the platform. This status enhances the credibility of Georgian companies, improves their visibility on the platform, and provides access to various other benefits.
By clicking the “Registration” button and confirming this consent form, the applicant agrees to:

Submit all documents or digital materials required for participation in the program within the specified deadlines. This includes: an English-language extract from the public registry, stamped bank account details, utility bill receipts, product photographs, descriptions, certificates, and any other relevant information;

Actively participate in the onboarding process, including providing timely inputs for the company's placement on the platform. The beneficiary must also participate regularly in all training sessions and workshops organized by the service provider to ensure successful onboarding;

Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers once the company is listed on the platform;

Comply strictly with all rules and regulations established by the service provider (www.alibaba.com), as well as fulfill all obligations to the Agency (LEPL Enterprise Georgia). The specific terms and conditions will be outlined in the agreement signed between the Agency and the Beneficiary.
