At first, there was an idea to have a company in the Georgia that would provide distinguished and diverse products.
The idea came to life in 2008 and Georgian-Swiss company “Blauenstein Georgia” was founded. The company uses Georgian traditional methods as well as successfully applies European standards and recipes to produce natural products.
“Blauenstein Georgia” was the first who started producing aged meat in Georgia. This accentuates that the company not only employs Georgian traditions but also successfully deals with modern-day challenges.
