Georgia has enacted very flexible and comprehensive legislation that creates a business-friendly environment and maintains a healthy investment climate. Similarly, and on June 27, 2014, the Association agreement that intends the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) between Georgia and the EU was signed. According to this agreement, Georgian legislation will sustain an ongoing process of harmonization with EU legislation - effectively integrating Georgian regulations with those of the EU.
