Our family-based LLC BIPI Group enterprise produces fruit and herb liqueurs BOKACELLO with seasonal fruits and herbs, using maceration method on 96.4% grain spirit. Most of our raw base, such as raspberry, mint, tarragon, etc. is produced locally, in different parts of Georgia. We use 100% natural ingredients and do not use artificial colors or conservatives. Our three major features are: natural ingredients, variety of tastes and unusually high strength set at 45% alc. Currently, as of winter 2022, we have produced eight types of liqueurs (Mint, Tarragon, Raspberry, Ginger, Lemon, Green Lemon, Orange, Tangerine) and following spring 2022 - we will increase it to the dozen by adding Coffee, Sour Cherry, Mellon and Walnut. Our enterprise's monthly production capacity is 2,000 bottles (0.5 l) per month, and production can increase with sales. Before LLC registration, we've spend a year experimenting with practically all local fruits, and found that the best result is with fruit that has both - distinguished taste and distinguished flavor.
