In the fall of 2021, a new brand "Kerki" will appear on the market. The test-operated enterprise in the village of Dzentsmantsi in Keda Municipality will be fully operational in August and will offer dried fruits, tklaps, tsukates, churchkhelas and packaged nuts to Georgian consumers.
Kerki - We express the name and the word Mzekhakhchakha in the Georgian alphabet. The Georgian alphabet has become a source of inspiration for the logo and character of our enterprise. "Kerki" is an old Georgian word and means dried fruit in the heart of the sun.
The fruit processing plant has been operating in test mode since March this year. The testing process, which includes equipment testing, team building and training, safety and quality standards, will be completed in July and the management company will be fully operational by August. .
At the testing stage, the enterprise currently employs 16 people, whose number will increase to an average of 35 in August, and in the future, the increase in the number of employees will depend on the productivity of the enterprise.
